Return & Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, uninstalled, and in its original condition and packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required
  • Returns must be approved before being sent back

Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.


Damaged, Incorrect, or Freight Orders

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

For freight or oversized shipments, customers are responsible for inspecting the shipment at the time of delivery and noting any visible damage with the carrier before signing.

Concealed damage claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours with photos of:

  • The product
  • Packaging
  • Shipping label

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Digital products, software updates, downloads, activation keys, or subscriptions
  • Special-order or custom products
  • Used, installed, modified, or damaged items
  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Product Compatibility

Customers are responsible for verifying product compatibility, vehicle fitment, software compatibility, and technical requirements before purchase.

Returns based on incompatibility, incorrect application, or improper installation may be denied or subject to restocking fees.

Professional installation is recommended when applicable.


Restocking Fees

Approved returns may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 20%, depending on product condition, packaging, and product type.


Exchanges

If you need a different product, the fastest option is to request an approved return and place a new order separately.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if the refund is approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within approximately 10 business days.

Shipping charges, processing fees, and non-refundable items may be deducted when applicable.

Local Pickup

Local pickup is available Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM at our Doral, Florida location.

Customers will be notified when orders are ready for pickup.
