We currently ship within the United States, Puerto Rico, and Canada.

Delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed. Fixland Investment LLC is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs processing, weather conditions, incorrect shipping information, or circumstances beyond our control.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may require additional shipping charges before reshipment.

Risk of loss and title transfer to the customer once the order is delivered to the shipping carrier.

Large equipment or oversized items may ship via freight (LTL carrier). Customers are responsible for inspecting freight shipments upon delivery. Any visible damage must be noted with the carrier at the time of delivery. Concealed damage claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

6. Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are subject to our Return & Refund Policy available on our website.

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Approved returns may be subject to restocking fees depending on product condition and type.
