Shipping Rates

We offer free standard shipping on qualifying orders over $150 within eligible areas.
Additional customs duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or import charges for Canadian shipments are the responsibility of the customer.

Local Pickup
Local pickup is available Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM at our Doral, Florida location.
Customers will be notified when orders are ready for pickup.

Freight & Oversized Shipments
Large equipment or oversized items may ship via freight (LTL carrier).
Customers are responsible for inspecting freight shipments upon delivery. Any visible damage must be noted with the carrier at the time of delivery.
Concealed damage claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Liftgate service or special delivery requirements may result in additional charges.
Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may require additional shipping charges before reshipment.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the package and product.
Fixland Investment LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
